Sleeping Arrangements - Master Bedroom – 1 King Bed - Second Bedroom – 1 Queen Bed and - Bunk Bed: 1 Twin Bed over 1 Full Bed - Sunroom – Futon (pulls out to Full Bed, bedding provided) - Can sleep 6 comfortably: 2 ppl on King, 2 ppl on Queen, 1 person on Full, 1 person on Twin -- Can also sleep up to 8 people for an additional charge: would require guest to have: 2 ppl on Full and 1 person on Futon in Sunroom - Down feather duvets - All house linens are washed in scent free hypoallergenic detergent Pool is open for the Summer season (end of May until end of September).
